Hybrid Director of Business Transformation ERP | SAP Job Opportunity: Our client is looking for a dynamic Director of Business Transformation ERP to lead a global overhaul of business processes and ERP systems, including the implementation of SAP S4 HANA. This high-impact role will drive innovation, efficiency, and collaboration across the organization, ensuring the successful transformation of our operations and IT infrastructure while maintaining the uninterrupted supply of high-quality healthcare products. This is a hybrid onsite role - US Citizens or GC only, please Key Responsibilities: Program Leadership: Oversee an integrated program plan for business transformation and SAP S4 HANA implementation, ensuring alignment across functions, processes, and business units. Drive Standardization, Simplification, and Automation on a Domestic & Global level Governance & Communication: Establish governance frameworks, monitor program performance, and provide regular updates to executive sponsors. People Leadership: Directly lead project managers, business transformation, and change management teams while fostering a high-performance culture. Risk Management: Identify, mitigate, and communicate program risks to stakeholders. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships and ensure effective collaboration with global cross-functional teams. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees (MS, MBA, Engineering) and PMP certification are highly preferred. Experience: 8–12 years managing large-scale business transformation and SAP projects. Driving large global implementations and leading by influence & authority Experience with multiple SAP implementations and leading teams of 5 or more Strong expertise in operations, manufacturing, and supply chain transformation. Experience with SAP S4 HANA or similar ERP systems. Skills: Exceptional program management and communication skills. Proven ability to lead teams directly and influence without direct authority. Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus, and PHP Certification is preferred. Travel: Ability to travel globally up to 40%. Why Apply?
